Amarr Carrier (Triage) + Tengu.
Gallente Dread + Tengu.

35-50mil SP's

Characters need to have at least the below skills. Anything above that is a plus.

ArrowCapital Hybrid IV
ArrowGunnery skills V
ArrowTactical Weapon Reconf. IV (V is a big plus!)
ArrowGood energy skills
ArrowCaldari Cruiser V
ArrowHeavy Missile Spec IV
ArrowCaldari Subsystems at IV-V


It would be awesome if both or one of these characters could fly Tengu's but not at the expense of the skills I posted above.

Budget depending on skills is 10-12bil for each character.
