he's a tengu siege/skirm booster in training with near perfect shield tank and great electronics, cyber 5, cyno 5 and is mapped for leadership.

Easy trainer, put him on a buddy account for 52 days and sell him or keep him as a great booster yourself.

Want 7b atm, going up as he gets better. Account won't expire for nearly 2 weeks so i don't mind leaving him there to finish some skills off.
