[Idea] Chance based ECM grid ship - Anti gate camp/blob tactics

The ship would have an on board system that would allow for a sphere or grid effect to project ECM
to everything inside the bubble or on grid. The ECM would affect ships on grid at activation and last for around 30 seconds or lower allowing a fleet to mobilize trough a gate.

When the ECM has been fired it will have a reload rate of 20 minutes or more. A flag would be set for the system for 20 minutes so spam by bringing another ECM grid ship in the system can’t happen.

Lore could point at remaining ECM side effects affecting the ships sensitive on board equipment, forcing it to wait around 20 minutes to reuse the ECM in the same star system. The same flag would affect other ECM grid ships for the same reason.

The effect probably should be for the whole grid when it is fired to cover campers at longer ranges.
The ECM should have a chance to effect every thing subcap on grid even friendly’s when it is first activated.

The campers have a choice of waiting out the 30 seconds of chance based ECM or flee or fit more anti ECM modules.

The ship should be pretty expensive to make and buy and have lots of skill requirements to
make it painful to acquire and lose. Maybe something like the T3s looses some useful skills if you die, when using the ship.

Some of the skills should be based on strengthening the ECM jammer chance.

The ship could also be based on extreme range dampening instead.

Warp ship into enemy fleet.
Fire ECM.
Warp in mainfleet.
Start blapping.

Easy Exploit:

Send buddy to safespot and have him fire off a grid-ECM thingy every 20 minutes, so the module can't be used on you and yours.

I have a thought,

since ecm has been nerfed recently the Scorpion should get a 100% effectiveness of ecm-burst modules per level and the ecm burst breaks every lock for 30 seconds, no matter what at 20km area of effect radius from the ship.

don't know how people skip this setup. It has a bonus for it even. Its even a cheapish bs hull. Hell since the reskin way back its imo one of the better looking ships in game now. Looks and performance, win win really. Only downside really is with tiericide it got more expensive. Used to get this ship for much cheaper.
