Not even close guys. I spent well over that in training time and skill books alone. Keep in mind there is also transfer cost.

You have 7m SP (that's 3.5 months of training) and only one expensive skill injected (Capital Ships), which costs 400m.
There is no way this character is worth 6.5b, so I'll offer 2.5b
