Dying in warp?

I just died while in warp. Specifically while coming out of warp on top of a stargate. Since when did it become possible to kill people who are in warp, and if people can kill you while you are in warp, then you ought to be able to jump through stargates while in warp too, but the jump button remained greyed out while I was coming out of warp.

Please fix this!
