Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a toon that can fly carriers effectively (preferable Caldari) and Jump Freighters.
It doesnt have to have 71827735481397137526351 SP, but it does need to have carriers at 5 and really good Drones and Shield skills.
I'm willing to pay up to 10B, depending on what u have to offer.
