Petition to shut down Somer's thread!

Straight from the TOS / EULA. If CCP is serious about stopping RMT, then they need to shut down the biggest RMTer in the game! I see this quoted by ISD like it's scripture when they're going about closing any negative discussion about Somer Blink, yet they dare not touch Somer's thread for fear of CCP banhammering their account.

It's sort of an interesting thought experiment, if CCP was to allow RMT, and whether that would make them a lot more money or substantially less money.

I'm sure the answer is non-obvious and the question non-trivial.
