If you guys are looking to retain your identity, Beacon Light Alliance [BLTA] may be good choice for you. We have been flying with them for about 2 months now and have had nothing but good times. BLTA is very professional when out roaming, but we still have a good time. All our FCs are very experienced and always keep a cool head and laid backed attitude no matter what the situation is.
