Hi i would like to buy a toon with this caracteristics:

Arrow Able to fly a Loki or a Tengu (or close to fly one) I can also consider Legion/Proteus, but it is not my main focus
Arrow Low SP (because i have a small budget)
Arrow A female character is preferable but a man is good too ^^

All others skills are not important if the toon is able to fly a T3 ^^

About 4 days from Tengu ,, got Cruiser lvl 5

can fly Nightmare for incursion,

6 mil sp @ 3.2 bil b/o
