Bounty clearing

This should be introduced as a ISK Sink in the game.

For X00% of the bounty value, you can bribe Concord to remove it.

I'm sure alot of people care about the Wanted sticker and would be willing to "burn" ISK to have it removed.

First you should pay more for the ease of this. So the minimum should be 200 million or 10 x your bounty, which ever is the greater.

But even then I don't agree with it, as you already can remove it. If you are set to do as such, nothing is stopping you.

I know there are means of doing it today, the thought was a method that removes ISK form the system, to aid a bit against the inflation. along with other methods, such as taxes and so on.

Why do people even care? Really.

I've never heard of a case where a bounty actually hurt somebody.

But with this change, some people will be hurt by bounties because they pay them off.

I'm not going to be paying you ISK for more effort on my part.

Though I wouldn't be paying off my bounty either. I'll just let it fall as I lose ships in PvP.

I would rather just have it cleared than getting us killed and if there was a clearing system it would help those who have really high bounties like mine, i have a 500 mill bounty and would to have it cleared without spending or losing ships, i only have a high bounty because a corp director was talking trash to me,
