Anyone can submit any character. Someone must have liked your portrait and submitted it.

Cynter's Law of feature suggestion: Thou shalt not suggest NPCs do something players could do instead.

That alt in particular (she was one of the neweden launch characters not added by me that I believe taken from Reality X's site) is not one of my favorites, and I am frankly surprised that she was even in the top 100 since the restart. I do however feel as though Riot Girl deserves to be in the top 100 and almost always vote for her and the mysteriously missing Alice Saki! I'm always happy when I see other people voting for any of my characters, but this is indeed rather ridiculous. Is there a way for the system to disregard any extra votes a character gets within a given minute?

Also I added a handful of other great looking avatars that I see in the Rate the Avatar above you thread. I think that is what happened with you Shadow Love.

Um, that was nothing to do with me lol. Last time I looked at that site, I wasn't in the top 100 and a whole bunch of ugly people were at the top.

From what I saw of the website last night, it's not just those two characters. I [I wasn't even in the top 100 before.] and a couple others were up-voted to Hell and back. In hindsight, I should have screen-capped it, but I was at work. How are people able to repeat votes like that anyway?

The site is down now. Maybe it's being fixed? I guess we can expect another reset because of this.

last time I bothered to look at the site I was in the top 10. I haven't cast a vote in forever. simply can't find the motivation to click the mouse 1700 times per "round"

I was there when a RL friend of mine was making his avatar, he didn't want to bother with the character generator at all and randomized everything.
And this character is usually in the top 50 and always gets better ratings than Zimmy.

Screw everything about this. Evil

It's not impossible that the randomizer hit the proverbial jackpot.

Also, if your RL friend happened to choose, say, female Jin-Mei, then they might be benefiting from the number of participants who vote with their pants, the aesthetic value of the portrait be damned.

I can't say that I completely understand the tastes of the voters there, but two of the portraits that I think I really nailed are doing well.

I like most of the top 100, although maybe not in that particular (Affinity and Damia Gray are high on my list) order. There are a few that are sadly missing though like Alice Saki, Altrue and until recently Riot Girl. I think I prefer the old pre-reset (voted a bit more on it) list a bit more.

Personally I dislike female characters with overly masculine facial features like... Uh..well...

And yeah, I know, I always get a lot of flack for the red shirt, but if it was good enough for Montgomery Scott then doggone it, it's good enough for me.
