Exploration Sites based on player made eve history.

The idea is quite simple.
We have eve background history, and at the same time player made history like Steve, BoB etc.
Why not incorporate this to eve exploration sites.

Why we cannot get escalation in some corner of eve to "BoB abandoned shipyards".

Why in the systems where big capital battles got place we cannot have some special sites that are connected to this battle.
For example last BL mother ship whelp.
In this system or constellation we could have escalation/ rare probing site containing wreckage of BL mother ship as spawn container.
