New share creation mechanics question

So I have looked around and googled a bit, but I cannot find out the answer I need.

When a corp initiates a vote to create more shares, would current shareholders retain the same proportion?

For example, I hold 10%, or 100 of 1000 shares. There is a vote to create 9000 more. If the vote succeeds, will I have 100 shares now, or still have 100?

Or, will it be like in the stock markets (real ones) and there is a creation of Class I and II shares, where Class I shares hold a proportional amount of voting power before the share increase?

The new shares are created in the corp wallet. There is no change to the shares held by anyone else.

All shares are created equal, a share is a share.
