Is there a way to see the current trial account upgrade special offers?

I'd like to give a friend a buddy pass at a time when he can take advantage of one of the starter packs that include a prototype accelerator. I want him to get it from CCP so I can get the free plex and share some ISK with him.

Is there a way to know when CCP is offering those? I can't find it on their website or google.

I found this on the EVE website for full account signup. Buy Eve Online.

Anyone know if this is the same screen someone would see if they were upgrading a trial account?


UPDATE: Turns out the upgrade offers CCP gives for a trial upgrade are not the same as the offers they give you to buy a new account (darn it -- advanced cerebral booster was only available on the Buy offers !)

Yes, once your friend tries it out they can upgrade from a trial to a full account. It's like when you first sign up that you are presented with options to either go trial or full account, the same way if your friend signs up on a buddy account. Hope this helps.
