I'm starting a new campaign, to promote PVP without those pesky gate guns / Concord getting in the way.

Came expecting CCP had given us the most awesome gift of all time...free killrights on everybody.


Leaving sadly disappointed in CCPs failure to make me happy.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

You may not have realised this but the people you're sharing kill rights on are already below -5.0 (actually the ones I checked were both -10.0)

This means that everybody can already shoot them without any penalties, making your kill rights 100% useless. Only if they fix their security status before your kill rights run out, will there be a use for said rights.

It's a nice thought though.

Actually I wanted to check it..... to see if it showed up on my other accounts. It does not.

Not sure exactly how the mechanic works.
