Running DX11 on Windows 7, with 8GB of RAM and a Radeon HD5700 everything on high. Machine is old-ish, so it slants the test a bit.

avg 7fps in the poitot battle, no crash, no disconnect, about similar feeling than TQ, but *looking* better (in terms of effects and textures) so I'd say 7/10.

dx9 (launcher had dx11 selected though)

    windows 7

i7 with on chip gpu (toshiba laptop p755-s5390)

    6 GB ram

    one client

aa disabled, all other settings high

    fps 27 +/-

overall the graphics seemed to be better/smoother

i did get stuck unable to warp to the planet at one point, whether due to
    lag or client problem

    no discon or crash

one thing i saw that could be addressed is that when zoomed out it is not apparent where your ship is

My last 400+ fleet fight on TQ was much worse overall, with settings lowered, brackets off, etc FPS was nearly single digit so I rate this now a solid 10.
