Suggestion for new ship: Covert hunter Battlecruiser

Here's my sugestion for a new ship class: A covert tech 2 battlecruiser sporting X-large guns, covert cloak and a focused warp disruptor (Anti-capital point, no bubble).

[EDIT] TL;DR
If you had to compare the ship I suggested with anything in the game right now, it would be a Black Ops with horrible tracking, huge weapon signature (=bad) but damage upgraded to ~25% above a T1 battleship, horrible tank, cloaking ability upgraded to a stealth cloak and a normal warp disruptor that worked on Capital Ships.

Overview
Basically it's a covert stealth battlecruiser with X-large guns capable of fitting a warp disruption field generator, except it will only work as if a focused warp disruption script was inserted (No bubbles). It can move around cloaked like any other ship with a covert cloak and can use covert jump bridges. It will have it's usage as a structure basher and raw damage applier against caps and as a modified HIC capable of using covert jump bridges. It should cost the same as command ships, allthough the addition of X-Large guns would 50m per slot, so 200m if it has 4 guns.
It should be based on the ”new” battlecruiser models (Tornado, Talos, Oracle and Naga) and should fit nicely with the ships personality of using bigger than average guns while not sporting a lot of defensive capabilities. It should have DPS the same or a bit higher than an equally fitted T1 Battleship (maybe 25% more), while the big gun size would ensure that it wouldn't be able to do much against most sup-cap ships. The X-large gun size is meant as a detriment, making the ship useless against sup-caps while being able to do battleship classed DPS against caps.

Usage
In High-sec there would finally be a ship for small corporations/alliances for putting additional damage into structures. And since I'm told putting damage into POCOs is the next big thing, it will be a nice addition.
In Low-sec/null it would be a more expensive option than Stealth Bombers for pain in the ass structure grinding, allowing smaller enteties to make guerilla attacks in enemy territory.
As an anti-capital ship, it would be an excellent hunter while also being able to apply damage. Would it do anything than a HIC with cloak supported by titan jump-bridges? No, probably not but it would democratize that ability by giving it to smaller corporations/alliances as well.

Fitting:
I don't really think this is important to the idea of suggesting a ship, but if I didn't people might wonder if it was a freighter. So here goes:
Med + Low: Same as T1 counterpart with maybe an additional slot. That seems to be what CCP likes.
High slots: 5 or 6 with room for 4 guns (launchers on Caldari). That won't allow you to fit for both max DPS and cap-hunting. A real hunter would have to fit cloak, warp disruption field generator, covert cyno and maybe a scanner, then guns.
Bonus: Same as T1, but to x-Large weapons systems. Also powergrid reduction on X-Large weapons. And maybe some more, but not really important to the actual role of the ship. A reduction on CPU requirement on probe launcher would be fun (as you don't need actual scanning bonus to find caps)

Sugestion for skills required
Like other T2 ships it should have it's own skill, and that skill should require a mixture of the skills it takes to fly a HIC and a covert ship.

Also
The Minmatar one should obviously be named after me.

This is very high on the list of things we do not need for a huge multitude of reasons.

This seems unpopular, considering the above comments.

Perversely, I can see this type of ship being realistic, but not a great idea for game play.
Realism is nice, but game play needs to be the first consideration.

NPC use only, in my opinion.

I can't decide if it's either laughably overpowered or laughably underpowered. Is it possible to be both?

Regardless, not supported.

Why XL guns?
Let each racial variant fit a full rack of doomsdays, I'd say.

First let me thank you for actually responding to what I wrote, and being somewhat courteous. The X-Large guns are meant to make the ship weaker. The ship should fit a role that does a little bit more DPS than a standard battleship (maybe 900-1200), but by doing it with XL-guns it will only enable it to do that damage against stationary structures or capital ships. If it did that damage with normal large guns it would be much more powerful.

Duly noted, but I'm at least happy that you grasped that it's not meant to be an overpowered DPS monster that enjoys limitless posibility.

If you had to compare the ship I suggested with anything in the game right now, it would be a Black Ops with horrible tracking and tank, a stealth cloak and a warp disruptor that worked on Capital Ships. That's actually a pretty fitting TL;DR description.

By that description, the only analogy for this would be a self propelled gun, intended for artillery use.

If it is intended to target what you describe, and be the tool of choice for little guys, what pricing range would it see?

Also, would you force some limitation onto it, so it did not see use with smaller weapons more appropriate to the attack of small craft?
Unless this had such a limit applied, it would be both cheaper and easier to use these on blops drops for effective DPS.
Just use the medium or large weapon size instead

In many ways, it is an artillery piece designed to take down capital ships/structures. But it also doubles as tackle on Capital Ships and it has additional logistical options as you can use it for covert gangs using covert jump bridges.

Not really sure, but in the T2 Battlecruiser range. You might argue that it's not super cheap, and it's not. It is more meant for the little corporation or alliance than the actual singular little guy I guess.

It should have 4 slots for weapon systems. The bonus from the ship skill will be to X-Large weapons. Using 4 un-bonused weapons of another size would hardly make any sense, same as fitting medium guns to a Tempest.
