[WTB] C1 WH with static high sec

Hello, I am looking for a C1 wormhole with a static high sec. The wormhole must have 8 planets or more which planets is irrelevant. When the wormhole has a pulsar i will pay a bit more.

here what i am willing to pay:
C1 with static high and 8 planets = 250 m
C1 with static high and more then 8 planets = 300 m
C1 with static high and 8 or more planets and a pulsar = 500m

no soory it is a C2 with static LOW sec not what i search.

Have the following C1 w/HiSec static but it's currently inhabited by what
looks like an Indy Corp, thus you may not be interested.
