You will get:
Lowsec and W-space ops
Based out of Amarr low-sec, regional control, PVE in relative peace
Black-ops fleets
Ship Replacement Program
Operational freedom for FCs
100s of duders
Short blue list
Logistic services
Bridge support
Cyno network
etc etc

We recommended you have:
US TZ (Lowsec)/EU TZ (W-space and Lowsec)
Racial Cruiser V
Racial Battleship IV
25m SP+
The ability to take a joke

Some of the ships we fly:

-Force Recon
-Armor T3s
-Black Ops

We Require:
Activity
Good attitude or poor attitude but extremely competent
Full Account APIs for all accounts in and out of the alliance
18+ years of age
A working microphone, non-annoying voice, Mumble
Two forms of ID, a drug test, a blood sample, and a stool sample.

Bump a harmless wormhole corp on the recruitment page and the hammer falls faster than you can say "Hilmar Veigar Pétursson ".

Hand an RMT'ing, gambling mega-corp with more ISK than god a bunch of unique ships, a few trips to Iceland, thirty odd billion in Ishy Scorps, and endorse their gambling "website" as the best thing in EVE since warp to 0, all while having them hand out billions in plex in EVE Vegas... you get the idea.

That rather depends on your point of view.

Need to place a high-sec POS? Premade corps for sale, or your corps standings boosted. Trading since January 2012. Many corps sold/boosted - see my thread: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=63128&find=unread
