Black screen on launch

Is anyone having the problem of seeing a black screen after launching Sisi in windowed mode? I got a black screen that does not respond at all (not even closing it) and I have to manually end the process. I've updated to the latest patch and still seeing the black screen

It's DX 11 turned on.
