I dislike combat. I need the LP for some BPCs. With my low skills do I have other options?

There are no other options. Regardless of your skills.

Aside from buying the BPCs on contracts from people who run incursions that is.

Check contracts, you can often find BPCs from the Concord LP store for sale there.

there is an in-game mailing list and chat channel both called 'Concord lp' where you could contact any number of people to buy/sell concord lp

What he said, all ppl who are doing incursion selling their LP through that channel or its mailing list. Basically you post mail wtb LP points equals to the BPC your asking for, you will pay for the LP cost + ISK cost, LP usually around 1000 ISK/LP. This value may vary in 2 situation, new expansion with new stuff added in the concord LP store (supply and demand) or when you are buying 2 or more million LP at once but nothing written on stone though It's only personal observation.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.

I did see an agent offer to convert non Concord LP's to Concord LP's.

The conversion rate was 80%,

so 100k Brutor Tribe to 80k Concord.

Have a look in game.

Conversion is Concord LP converted to other corp LP. For example I can convert 1000 Concord LP to 400 Sisters of EVE LP, but not the other way around.

I have over 1.1 million concord LP, and will sell them for a net rate of 1100 ISK/ LP if you are interested.
