This is my imperfect record (bloody notes). Didnt go into every dead end. Thought of doing a "Wowbagger" (google it) but in the end waved "o/" to every Null-seccer I saw. 80% of systems empty. Only 1 bubble (un-manned). Only got chased once. Didnt find a faction ship full of PLEx, but was not really looking. Drone space DEAD. Took me about 5 hours.
