I am looking for a pvp monster. My budget is 50bil, but that is for something that is perfect. Here is what I am looking for...

- male character
- A name that is one word and simple.
- Can fly every subcap ship
- can use every subcap turret
- solid support skills
- some of the T2 spaceship command skills to V

Bonuses:

- good leadership skills
- can use most launcher weapons
- jump drive calibration V
- marauders V
