Step 1: Change warp disruptors/scrams/infini-points to require 0.0 or lower sec.

This kind of defeats the point of having more people in lowsec, doesn't it?

The idea is to have more people in lowsec to run around and blow each other up.

Bringing in more people who are only there because they can run away brings in people who would basically be leeches, sucking up lowsec resources with minimal effort and greatly increased safety.

The only thing this would accomplish is to cause lowsec corps to gear up more alpha-fleets. If I can't warp scramble you and then blow you up, then I'll have to just skip to the "blowing you up" part.

I might be willing to meet you half-way on this, though. No warp-stoppers in lowsec against pods. Best of both worlds here really. People may be willing to risk ships if they know they aren't putting their implants at as much risk.

How about pod & warp scram immunity? Disruptor still ok.

american style doesnt give you time to even lock let alone use your useless warp disruptor
