Only objectively good looking ship. The other ships can look good, but thats subjective.


This. And you are right.

In fact, I had heard about eve for years, but never played. Then I saw an ad or trailer with the Megathron model and registered that day. It's beautiful. It's classic. It's a Platonic Form. It is the Golden Measure. It's Eve.

I really really love the Hyperion and Brutix models too, but that is subjective. The Megathron is not.

Well it would be rather humors if they had them launch.

Here you have the megathron - 2 legs with a hole between them where 5 little ships come flying out.... Yeah and the comments about the thorax? That would take a backseat real fast to jokes on the Mega... *snicker*

I would love to have a Tech 2 version of previously Tier 3 battleships (Hyperion, Maelstrom, Rokh, Abbadon). However, Marauders are just fine as they are. Better than fine. Don't fix what isn't broken. If someone mucks with the Vargur before I can get into one, I will be very upset and will probably spend the next month or so hunting down whoever had the bright idea to do so and relentlessly ganking whatever they undock.

I will go broke doing it. But it will be a worthy cause.

Also, the thorax-wang has been and always will be the supreme ruler of inappropriate ship modeling. I don't know how deprived/intoxicated you have to be before the megathron starts looking.... "womanly," but I thank whatever supreme being there happens to be that I haven't been there.

Saw a megathron image on internet in 2007, subscribed eve.
Megathron is one of the best if not the best looking hull.
Never enough mega's hull around.

But Vindi and Kronos both look better... Also who doesnt like Mega Navy with the assume camo pattern
