so i did have - 1.53 in minmatar republic but i rased to to 0.63 with diplomacy and im trying to join minmata fw but it wont let me it says i need 0.0 standings and i have a -1.52 any ideas?

It is unmodified standings, so diplo does nothing for you... Just mission for the republic until you get over zero un-mod.
