Eve Vegas Rubicon Stuff

So, I missed a lot of the live stream. But I heard that there were going to be some other content coming to Rubicon that we hadn't previously heard about. I managed to catch the news that new implants (player made) are being introduced who's materials would be acquired from new exploration sites from all types of space.

That sounds great. Did I miss any other new announcements of other stuff (more content) that will be getting added to the Rubicon expansion?

Edit Summary:

So far new announcements include;
- New player made implants.
- New exploration sites (where new implants materials are found) in all spaces called Ghost sites.
- Rebalance of overheating skill requirements.
- NeX store revamp (sources still needed, not confirmed). <- Next year apparently, never mind.

i forgot to breathe at some point of the announcement stream. Good that they talked quickly.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
