One has nothing to do with the other. I loaded everything I owned in the cargobay of my Stabber and stared at that N-Rael gate in Konora for an hour before gaining the testicular fortitude to jump it. I was so charged & frazzled by the time I got to BQ0- that I had to go lay down to be sure, but point is you can get out to nullsec at any time if you want to. And getting in is cake now as compared to then.

Thanks.. before I was just grinding incursions to make enough isk to plex my accounts and then that was it. I had nothing else to do.

And anyone who has run with those incursion groups will know how dull they are then you get wardecs and can't run. So in my eyes I've traded one isk grind for an other.
But now I have other things to do with people I'm getting to know.

The great thing about EVE is that there are many ways to enjoy it. My point in this post was to find the people who have much like myself never tried nullsec mainly because of all the bad rep it gets on the forums and npc corp and local hisec hisec chat. If it's not for you than glad you found something that makes you happy.

Myself however I thought I was happy but realize I was missing out on a whole other part of the game.. but statements like " I can do it better in hisec" are things I used to believe also. But that's your option and if you have never tried nullsec than it's your choice to decide if you want to find out for yourself. Just don't let the trolls sway your decision like I did for so many years.

Your assuming that the game is designed to get people to null, when it isn't. Sov Null sec is boring as ****. Unless you enjoy endlessly grinding sanctums and complexes and then occasionally blobbing up to wait hours on a titan only to eventually jump on someone and wait for the FC to tell you to press F1. If you win you then either go home having personally achieved nothing or you sit on a POS only having to pay enough attention to remember to reload from time to time.

:D thats the reason why goons are so frustrated :D

OP...

I have but one question...

How does one live within an alliance and corporation in null sec...and simultaneously reside in a NPC corp?

What kind of black magic is this? Shocked

So I have been playing EVE off and on for 4 years. I just recently moved to null sec and can honestly say that it was a great move.

With the right corp and alliance it's great. . I am still learning a lot but can't wait to get in some pvp. Anyone who has not made the decision to move for what ever reason needs to reconsider. It's null so not 100% safe but no where is.
I will say that I like it much more than WH space by a long shot. Complexes anomalies and ratting is far better than lvl4 missions.

I feel more comfortable in nullsec just in this short time than I have ever in hisec. I used to run solo with a alt
had to deal with grieving wardecs now I have people who look out for each other.

Just have to learn more about the life out here. Learn more about pvp and I can see that I will enjoy EVE more than I ever had.

Same with me!

I just turned into an egg, did I level up? I spent an hour trying to salvage a wreck, when in local a guy said "Stop it, this is my Tempest, I was AFK"
