Clone has all +4s. Very strong scanning skills, all T2 armor and shield tank with armor comps IV. Prices around here seem to be ~1/3rd of SP, this is 1/4th of SP. First come, first serve.

This char is well laid out to either immediately be a scanning alt which can do good combat within a month of training, or an excellent starting character for a player who wants to start wtih good scanning and not be stuck in the race pre-trained into.
