NEw card shader problem

Hello i bought a new video card a radeon HD6790 installed the latest driver catalyst 11.11 however when i try to play eve game screen freezes and when mooving cursor it leaves traces as you can see in the picture. Working on the problem i turned everything on low then started setting everythin on high 1 by 1 when i reached shader i found the problem is there. What i tried so far is i uninstalled catalyst 11.11 and rolled back to 11.10 but it still dosent work.
