Why not make faction modules perform better on faction ships of the same kind or prirate ships of the opposite faction.

So f.i.:
- a caldari navy statis web performs better on caldari and amarr ships or angels or serpentis.
- a federation navy sensor booster works better on gallente and minmatar ships of guristas of sansha or bloodraiders

well you get the idea.

Any thoughts?
