WTB caldari/gallente combat character with the following skills

must have lvl4-5:
- gunnery support
- missiles support
- T2 small and med hybrid (projectile is a bonus)
- T2 rockets, light missiles, heavy missiles and HAMs
- T2 sentry drones
- navigation and fitting skills
- shield skills
- scanning skills

caldari and gallente frigs and cruisers lvl 5, minmatar is a bonus

AFs, HAC at least lvl 4 but prefer lvl 5

capital/industrial skills are a no go

positive sec status, good enough standings towards the empires


budget 10-15b but can go higher if the character is just what I want

show me what you got!

edit: to be more precise about the must have skills - caldari and gallente cruiser lvl 5, T2 sentry drones, T2 HAM
