Looking for a perfect bomber pilot, focusing on torps.

Max missile skills
Covert Ops V
Frigate V, more the better
Good support skills.

Budget is nice, so post what you have. All I care about is being a bomber pilot, nothing else.

needs to get torp skills, but that should take more than a week. 5 bil is my offer. also has mim cruiser V, and t2 med projectiles. ALSO DAT NAME, CANT PASS IT UP M88888888888888888888888. :)
