The new warp effect on missiles?

Hi,

Having seen the new warp effect, nebula's and all the other beauty. It is a joy for site :) This is an understatement.

But what about the missiles? Might there be a way to have the beautiful effect of the new warping implemented on the missile/torp effect in some way? I dont know what kind of performance hit it would give... but it would get the attention it deserves after 9 years...
