Golem A L T E R N A T E idea. (!!!)

While I have been very vocal about my disapproval and disappointment of the new Golem hull, I am also not someone who just likes to complain. I fix stuff in real life and 3D is nothing but problem solving on a daily basis.

I am posting images of my quick personal revision to the Golem.

I actually used the SAME geometry, nohting has been remodeled, simply rearranged and moved around. Some parts were duplicated like the engines to give the ship a bit of balancing near the wings and to also help the wing proportions. I moved the hammerhead UP further and I also FLIPPED the wings, and gave them a very slight downward angle by rotating the entire wing.

I think it's an improvement and could be refined further. I also added 2 additional engines and moved the HUGE back engine over to the side for asymmetry.

If you like the new golem please LIKE my post. If you want the golem model to modify yourself I can provide the OBJ file I extracted from the game engine.

I welcome suggestions and feedback.

Alternate Version 2 (in this version I tried to keep as much of the new design as possible but give the wings amore menacing appearance. I also slightly scaled the hammerhead shark cabin.

I think the remodel needs a lot more work..... it's so so badly proportioned. I tried to just redo the layout a bit but it's a mess.... a brand new hull would be ideal.

I just despise the Raven hull, and any change away from it is an improvement

I'm fine if they did acomplete remodel and tried out something completely new. The Golem model however is only HALF new. It's still the raven hull but with some changes to the nose and the wings, if you're going to make this new version work, either start over or spend more time getting the proportions of the ship in a better place, it looks too much like a toy right now and the overall design in unfinished.

While I don't fly a Golem or necessarily find the redesign good or bad, I actually do like your idea of having the wings "down" as opposed to "up". In any way:
