Also should you choose to idle away on courier missions, you will need 4200m3 for the largest of L3 courier missions, 1000m3 for the smallest (ie: blockade runner with rigs or expanded cargo hold). L4 courier missions require over 6000m3, I haven't run them for a long time because the ships required are so doggone slow. In Rubicon this gets worse since blockade runners will be so fast!

How are the L3/4 Courier mission rewards with a decent Agent?

L4 distribution missions pay out around 200,000-260,000 isk or so each.

I don't know what you are including, but if you add LPs and bonus rewards, a high-sec L4 distribution mission can pay a million ISK. And even more than that if you train the relevant skills. An L3 will pay less than half that.

Are there several Corporations to run high level Distribution missions? Or just one or two with decent quality agents?

I don't see how faster = worse.

If you can't pilot a Blockade Runner, you may choose to decline the missions for larger cargo, every 4 hours per agent (use multiple agents and / or multiple corps).

NPC shipping corps tend to have Distribution agents, and 50% refining / reprocessing facilities. They also tend to have offices in regions held by other factions. Example: Expert Distribution (Caldari)

Amarr Magnate: 400 m3, 4 low slots, 3 rig slots
* 4x Expanded Cargohold II (27.5% each)
* 3x Small Cargohold Optimization I (15% each)
Total Cargo = 400 m3 * (1 + 27.5%)^4 * (1 + 15%)^3 =1607.66 m3

All Blockade Runners carry at least 8000 m3 with a typical fit, and 10k or more is often possible. [There are valid exceptions for fitting cargo rigs and using istabs, despite what you may read elsewhere about both of those being bad, but that is a whole 'nother topic.]
