EVE Sounds pulled from soundcloud. Dev response?

I visit the soundcloud page regularly so I can listen to my favourite eve tracks while playing. A few days ago I noticed they had pulled the majority off the site. There are only 17 now that I can see. I'm not worried cause I've already downloaded them all, but where did they go and why? Can we expect a soundtrack update?

Seconded. Here's EVE, the 10 year old game where you can't listen to the ingame music from within the game.

And not to mention how 100+ tracks become only 5 if you happen to dwell in the same system for a while.

he replied back yesrterday.

Were those tracks on Soundcloud any different from the ones we find in our local client installation, by default located at C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\res\audio\Jukebox\ ?
Just wondering. The local ones certainly lack the feature of commenting publicly. Oh, and do more recent installs still use that folder and files. The random order playback of those tracks suggests that, though.
