Since I've been elected the Official(read: srsbsns) leader of C&P, I wanted to throw a little idea towards my loyal followers...

Let's make miners relevant again! All we need to do is make mining lasers do damage and hell... after a cycle, give the poor bears some tritanium.

Imagine sitting in your gank ship thinking you have an easy target. You lock the bear up and fire away only to have your hull slowly deteriorated into mush. POP.

give them bears some teeth

I always have Sun Tzu and General Patton quotes close by when I PvP in this internet spaceship video game, eve online.

While we're at it, you should be able to use tractor beams to drag small ships around and steal drones.

This is what I'm talking about. Hell yeah we should be able to drag smaller ships to us with tractor beams! Provided their thrust doesn't overpower the tractor beams rate of... tractoring.

If you can lock a drone quick enough to tractor it, I think it should still be able to fire upon you but if you get it pinned down, just scoop that little bugger to the drone bay!
