I think I remember the OP from the help channel the other day. If CCP hasn't responded yet it doesn't mean they won't reimburse. Since it was a mistake made outside the game in the account management page this makes it a much different matter than a mistake made in game.

Working as intended. I know when I'm activating a PLEX, I'm thinking "wow there sure are a lot of choices crammed all right next to each other."
