WTB non-Caldari Dread Pilot

Looking to buy a non-Caldari, well-skilled Dread pilot, prioritizing Minmatar, Gallente OR Amarr in that order.

Obviously better skills = willing to offer more. All relevant skills should be at 4 (including gunnery support), siege capable, and skills at 5 would be grand.

Not really looking for a "this char can do everything plus dreads", but if the price is right...
