Hello, intrested in buying a toon that can use a carrier or is close it. Gallente is preffered, but will also look at amarr or caldari.

Important skills to have, good drones (even more so for gallente), good weaponry skills for battleships (or at least t2 mediums) for said race.
Decent nav, core skills, etc.

Buget around 15bil, maybe a bit higher should something intresting appear.
