In case you have not tested the new warp speed changes on Sisi, you really really really want a JF to move stuff. Fixed price remains, thanks for the bumps though.

No matter what the EVE changes are, your toon is worth 2.2b - bloodraven already has 3 JF toons and is looking for a 4th, he asked me to check you out and you are clearly worth no more than 2.2b - 2.5-3b would be a kind offer.

It takes 6 months to train a JF to my level. Your offer doesn't even cover the 6 PLEX needed just for the skilltime, neither the 2 PLEX to transfer the char nor the skills and the implants. I might as well biomass. Lol Also I love having JF chars, I have 4 more.
