I swear I'm not racist . . . but it seems that Russians are generally unpleasant to play with/against in any form of any game (did I mention that I'm not racist?).

It really depends on where you are whether this conversation is considered racist or not. In my house it would. The script is Cyrillic, and that's not all Russian.

EVE may provide opportunities for cultural study, but I don't believe Russian is one of those cultures best suited....
