Is it against the rules to encourage others to encourage others to post on the forums now? Im not sure as I read the tos and I keep getting told im violating a rule that I can not find anywhere.

Wasn't this whole thing about CCP making up rules as they go and not caring about the players?

You probably cannot find the rule as it is a secret one. Lol

You should encourage forum participation and awareness in the player base at large.

Just don't tangle it directly with other issues while the ISD's have a psy-op going on to reduce the visibility of certain issues and are putting the forums on lockdown. Need a bit of finesse in your approach.
