Inform the player base of what's occurring so the rest of the population has the opportunity to witness and give opinion on the general issues of EVE.

I think its dreadfully undemocratic for just a few who read the forums to be able to weigh in on issues that bother so many.

Link them the various stickies so that may be educated to issues that may or may not affect them. It's for the good of EVE.

Consider linking them locked threads and moved threads as well so they can keep up to date on current events.

Be an EVE patriot and do your duty for the game you cherish. Help your fellow capsuleer through enlightenment. Encourage forum participation.
