As title says, I am in the market for a good builder, capital building a bonus.
Must be a max or near max (will settle for Cap Indy 4 but rest must be max) rorqual booster with JDC5
Let's see what you got! Budget is a non issue, but will not pay for SP I do not need.

capital ship construction needs 5 days, but this is a perfect rorqual booster and in addition very good pilot to use for hotdropping with a thanatos if you ever get bored of mining :)

Unfortunately I cant justify that amount for so much I wouldnt use.
