I know exactly what i want and won't do any sacrifice excepted taking my time.
Please read carefully the requirements below :

*Spaceship Command
-caldari bs V and Minmatar bs V
-Marauder V
-Command Ship V
-Assault Ship V
-Tengu 4/5

*Gunnery
-T2 projectile gun
-Surgical strike, motion prediction and all gunnery support skill V

*Missiles
-T2 Torpedoes
-T2 Heavy missiles
-T2 rockets
- All support missiles skills to 4/5

*Other
-Cybernetics V
-Good navigation skills
-Good shield skills
-All pvp support skills seriously trained (fitting, drones, capacitor, etc, etc).

I don't care about standings, security status, employment history.
Budget is 24 B
