Questions regarding a PvE ship and the general population in Nullsec

Hello

I have a few questions i would like to throw out to the denizens of EVE for their input.

I moving out of highsec and im looking to roam deep nullsec/lowsec for a while either belt ratting/anons or plexing. But i need a ship to fly that i can use to move around without getting ganked (to often) and an area to move to

I have found that most of the time once you get past the first gatecamp you are free to roam in an empty blackness unless you hit a pipe. I spent a lot of time running around Russian space in a cloaked tengu trying to avoid the locals while plexing. I also spent a lot of time around Goon space which was interesting. Once they lock you into a system they poor out of the woodwork.

1. Question. Where is the most dangerous part of nullsec for strangers in your opinion
2. Which faction space is quietest in deep nullsec

3. Which of the ships below would you choose to take into deep nullsec. They are all different and some of them limited you to a certain area/cannot probe/have low DPS. I have isk to burn but i cant pay out 1 billion ever couple of days although if i take a battleship in nullsec ill go viar Wormhole space. Lastly i have never been caught although i have never taken anything bigger than a cruiser into nullsec

Thanks for reading and your input.

Questions 1 + 2: It is usually inadvisable to rat in NPC null, though there may be exceptions on occasion. For the rest, the in game map (+ Dotlan if needed) is the best tool. The war zones shift from time to time, you will have to be flexible, but I imagine that won't be much of a problem.

Question 3: Stick to the cruisers. And preferably pick the right one for a specific region (someone will hopefully chime in with an advice what is good where, I am not really sure about all the rat/plex types).

By the way, this playstyle will get more interesting with Rubicon and the deployable space yurts (and the threat of lurking hostile interceptors).

I use a T3.

1 and 2 vary all the time.

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.

1. NPC Null / Chokes most dangerous

2. Currently Period Basis and Paragon Soul are dead quiet.

3. I started out using a T3 but tried the Ishtar and now I'm 100% Ishtar.

900 dps. 1800 tank kin therm. 730 m/s. Cap stable with all mods perma running. Very small sig and great agility. Its not really catchable with cloak unless you seriously fek up and you're not patient (go watch a movie when people try to camp you and use a scout).

Slightly expensive but its made me several billion now so even blowing up I'm still looking at a good profit.

Come to Providence, earn your spot in heaven.

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.
