"Should be T3" provides very little info.
Does it mean that you want to hand their production to hormhole groups? Or that you want them to be modular and/or based on many skills? Or that there should be SP loss?

I believe the word you're looking for is "Tech". As in "Technology".

I have no idea what "Teck" could be, assuming it's even a thing.
