by accident i did a character transfer and forgot to move my isk to another account of mine, it is 9.5billion isk, please CCP is there a way i ca access this toon again for i can move the isk to another account of mine, i really need this isk

The way to handle this it to file a petition regarding it and let the GM's sort it out.
